Bart Newman served in Baghdad, Iraq with the U.S. Army’s XVIII Airborne Corps out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Bart holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia (magna cum laude) where he was President of the Student Government, a member of two SEC Championship tennis teams, and a founding father of the Georgia Delta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Bart also holds a master’s in Management, Economics & International Relations from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Georgia School of Law. Bart is now an attorney with Arnall Golden Gregory, a large law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he lives with his wife, Julie, and their three children, Kate, Luke and Lyla.
